At Go Think! we have created three unique workshops (or what we call LAB’s…Leading & Balancing) to tune your team, and ultimately your entire organization. The three workshops are designed around three specific needs:
- Stakeholders LAB is all about aligning the organization’s over-arching goals and objectives with its purpose. The stakeholder’s LAB is a calibration process for the executive team. This LAB runs from one full day to three, depending on the needs assessed prior to the workshop in the discovery process.

Marketing LAB is designed around identifying the “Essence” of your brand, or brands. It is a process of discovery and clarification that aids in the team’s ability to focus its resources and efforts in the right place in the market.

Strategy & Execution LAB is all about identifying key team issues, setting priorities, and establishing long-term and short-term goals for the organization and individuals on the team.
